Waseda University offers international students a wide-ranging curriculum of Japanese language education. The Center for Japanese Language provides opportunities to learn Japanese language alongside the affiliated undergraduate and graduate courses. Students are able to choose classes that suit their personal objectives, from an introductory level in which students learn Japanese for use in everyday life, to an advanced level for students who wish to find employment at Japanese companies or advance into graduate studies or research in Japanese.Waseda University offers a broad range of programs. In addition to various Japanese-based programs, we offer full-fledged, English-based programs that allow students to complete degree programs entirely in English.
