Courses include Calculus and Linear Algebra, which provides the mathematical foundation for Economics, as well as practical courses on presentations and academic writing in English.Student select elective courses from a wide range of specialized courses in different research areas suited to their master’s thesis topic. Elective courses are in areas such as Economic Theory Research, Empirical Analysis, Applied Economics, Regional Economic Research, and Readings in Economic History.The common basic course group includes compulsory courses. Like the common basic courses in the Economics Course, students can also take any one of the mathematics courses fundamental to economics.The Global Political Economy Course has developed a core course curriculum with a specialized focus.
